Unity in Action: Delysium Community Governance Preview

Delysium
September 23rd 2025

Over the past two years, Delysium has been building a blockchain-based AI agent network. Starting with Lucy, the Agentic Operating System for crypto users (Lucy Beta V2), and expanding to the self-developed universal intelligence protocol MCP (Model Context Protocol) as well as the You Know I Love You (YKILY) Network, which serves as a digital-native financial infrastructure for AI agents, Delysium has consistently achieved breakthroughs in compatibility, scalability, and automated orchestration. These innovations are gradually enabling large-scale, persistent, and self-evolving capabilities for AI agents.

As the network grows in scale and roles become more diverse, the pace of development continues to accelerate. We are now working on creating a more efficient and equitable framework for decision-making and incentives. This preview is intended to present the core rules that will soon be introduced, and we welcome feedback and suggestions to help refine these details before the official launch.

Please note: This is a preliminary overview and does not represent the finalized implementation details.

This document focuses on

  • How to initiate and participate: Proposal submission and voting process
  • How to determine results: Logic for determining passage or failure
  • How to incentivize and safeguard: Rewards and governance points calculation formula

Proposals and Voting: How to Turn Ideas into Action

Initiating Proposals (Submission)

  • Staking threshold: 10,000 $AGI.
  • Review criteria: Must include objectives, budget, execution plan, risks, and audit requirements; only compliance and completeness will be verified.
  • Approval: Marked as Active (in progress), enters a 14-day voting period.
  • Rejection: Marked as Rejected, staked amount is returned.

Participating in Voting

  • Initial threshold: First-time voting requires staking >= 250 $AGI.
  • Additional voting: Multiple additions can be made before either side accumulates 100,000 $AGI, each addition > 0 $AGI.
  • Account source: Must be initiated from a personal Delysium account, with on-chain/platform record.
  • Voting period: Fixed at 14 days.
  • Weight calculation (governance points):

a. Basic rule: 1 $AGI = 1 governance point.

b. If holding DMA NFTs, you will receive a bonus affecting voting weight and reward distribution.

  • Establishment threshold:

a. When either the supporting or opposing side accumulates 100,000 $AGI within 14 days, it is “Passed” .

b. Additional staking after establishment until the end of the voting period will not count toward immediate rewards but will be used for end-of-period KOKORO distribution and statistics.

Note: The “Passed” side can receive voting rewards distributed according to their proportion (the proposer’s separate reward and voting reward will be processed without duplication).

Result Determination: Logic for Passage and Failure

  • Passed: If the “supporting” side is the first to accumulate 100,000 $AGI during the voting period, the proposal is deemed passed.
  • Failed / Quorum Not Met: If neither the supporting nor opposing sides reach 100,000 $AGI by the end of the voting period, the proposal fails.
  • Additional Voting After Establishment: Recorded but not counted toward immediate rewards; uniformly included in KOKORO points distribution and related statistics after the voting period ends.

Example: If the supporting side reaches 100,000 $AGI on day 10, the proposal is determined by the supporting side’s priority; new votes from days 10–14 do not affect immediate reward distribution but will receive corresponding KOKORO pointsincentives at the end of the period.

How to Incentivize and Safeguard: Rewards and Governance Points Calculation Formula

Incentive Framework

  • Total reward pool: 10,000 $AGI (only activated when a proposal passes and meets criteria).
  • Proposer reward: 1,000 $AGI, sent directly to their Delysium account after the proposal passes.
  • Voter rewards: 9,000 $AGI distributed according to governance points proportion (proposer’s voting portion will not be double-counted with the proposer reward).
  • Incentive for continued voting after establishment: 500 KOKORO/account/proposal (tentative), for accounts that continue to vote and stake after “establishment”, maximum once per proposal.

Governance Points Calculation Formula

  • Base points:

Definition: 1 $AGI = 1 GPbase

  • DMA NFT bonus:

a. Formula: GP_base_=$AGI×(1+0.05×DMA_count).

Example: Staking 520 $AGI, holding 10 DMAs: GP_base_=520×(1+0.05)=780GP_base_

  • Applicable scope and exceptions

a. Voting weight based on governance points.

b. Voter rewards distributed according to governance points proportion.

c. Additional staking from after establishment until the end of the voting period does not count toward immediate rewards but is used for end-of-period KOKORO distribution and statistics.
